Services

​State policy proposals:  

Assist clients in developing policy proposals for state legislatures or executive branch agencies.  This includes research and analysis of legal requirements and producing written products, such as white papers, legislation, one-page descriptions of proposals, or comments on proposed administrative rules.

Federal policy proposals:

Assist clients, including state governments, in developing legal waivers, comments on administrative rules, or responses to requests for information or proposals from federal agencies.

Strategic Planning:

Assist clients in navigating changing state or federal policy landscapes by providing advice and analysis of changes in law or policy. This includes preparing simple explanations of policy to help clients communicate complex issues to citizens, legislators, and others.

General Analysis:

Provide clients with general legal and policy analysis.

Peer Coaching and Development:

Support executive leadership and staff in developing policy skills or by advising on challenging projects.

Excluded Scope:

Due to Robin's part-time appointment to Vermont's Green Mountain Care Board, she is unavailable at this time to work on Vermont health care projects and for entities contracting with the Green Mountain Care Board.
